       2.         Abrupt – Sudden (A: Gradual)

       Why are you being so rude and abrupt today?

3.         Conserve – To save (A: Spend)

       Try to conserve the small amount of remaining water.

4.         Waive – To agree not to accept (A: Demand)

       We agree to waive the requirement for a short haircut.

5.         Erode – To wear away (A: Deposit)

       The water is starting to erode the banks of the river.

6.         Recall – To call back or again (A: Forget)

       I recall the winter of 1992 and it was a cold one.
